Every fan was over-the-moon when Granada TV announced their forthcoming programme 'Another Audience With Dame Shirley Bassey.' It was the best news for Shirleyholics in a long time. The recording will be on Sunday 30th October, for broadcast in November.

This exciting show is to take place almost ten years to the day since the original Audience With Shirley Bassey. It will be interesting to see the changes in 10 years, apart from the addition of 'Dame.'

The Granada Entertainment Studio Audience Unit quietly released the welcome news of the new show on their web site, and this was quickly spotted by eagle-eyed fans:

"ITV1 will be recording in the style of the past 'Audience With' shows … If you enjoyed the first one then this one will be even better!

The theme of the evening is 'elegant entertainment.' You may well be caught on camera, so would you be kind enough to dress up instead of down!"

The London Studios was also the location of the original 'Audience With' and is the premier location in the capital for TV production, on the South Bank near the National Theatre.

Granada were overwhelmed with applications for tickets and the event is now fully booked.

Doors open: 6:15pm Doors close 6.45pm Approx finish time: 10:00pm

Cameras and mobiles are forbidden in the studio.

We do hope that visitors to this web site who were lucky enough to get tickets will thoroughly enjoy this special evening with Shirley.
