On some releases of this album and on The Birthday Concert for example the title of this song is written as "I Wanna Know What Love Is". This is the same with the lyrics, sometimes it sounds like "I want to ..." and sometimes like "I wanna ...".

In 1985 Foreigner reached No. 1 in the US Billboard with this song. Foreigner's first and only No. 1 single. Mick Jones was Foreigner's lead guitarist, but he also worked as singer and song-writer.
