You may have noticed that there have not been any updates to this website for quite some time. Due to a change in personal circumstances it has become apparent that I am no longer able to dedicate the time required to edit and maintain such a large and demanding website.

Although there will be no further updates made to the website, some exciting changes have been made to the way Dame Shirley Bassey news, reviews and previews are communicated through the world wide web. There is no need to worry, you will still be kept up to date.

If you would like receive occasional mailings detailing important announcements concerning Dame Shirley Bassey, i.e. major new releases, concert dates etc. please make sure you have signed up to the mailing list. If you have not already done so, please click here to join now.

And now for the exciting bit. Over the past three years we have been informed, amused and entertained by Peggy's legendary Shirley Bassey reports. I am pleased to announce that this will continue on Peggy's very own Shirley Bassey blog, which can be found at bassey.co.uk.

For those looking for information on the latest DVD and CD releases a new one-page website has been created to serve this purpose. This website can now be found at livingtree.co.uk.

For your convenience links to all these new sites and the Message Board can now be found on the main Songs of Shirley Bassey home page. Don't forget to update your bookmarks!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those people who have supported me over the past few years, and apologise to those who made contributions that were not published.

As Shirley enters an exciting new chapter in her recording career, it seems appropriate that this change happens now. I hope you will support Peggy in her new blog, as indeed I shall.
